But, the recommendation is that before doing this exercise, you need to effectively cleanse your entire energy system first; this is because you don’t want to trap any of the energy impurities in your system. You should practice this particular technique when there are many people around. It’s a good thing to try when you want to increase your emotional resilience and energy over time or when you’re in a stressful situation.

Just close your eyes and take a few minutes and then try to sense and feel your aura. This may be a little difficult to achieve at the outset, but if you practice it a bit, the process will become easier. Try to identify at what point your energetic boundaries end. The simplest and quickest way to strengthen the root chakra is to just walk barefoot for some time. “Schumann Resonance” is the earth’s natural energy field that oscillates at 7.83 Hz. The human body thrives on this energetic frequency. By making contact with it, both your energy and body centers will very naturally find their equilibrium and harmony.

  1. Focus On Strengthening Your Root Chakra

If you don’t find the right place to walk around barefoot in nature for some time, simply take off your footwear (even if you are in your apartment), place your feet on the ground and then visualize a cord that grounds you right from the foot soles into the Earth’s center. You need to do this for just a few minutes till you feel a little more comfortable and grounded in your body. This becomes a natural protection against the energetic influence of people around you.
